The HZS180 concrete mixing station is equipped with a computer management system and an automatic control system developed by our company. The operation is simple and convenient. Using Windows2000 operating system, full Chinese menu display, the entire process of all equipment state simulation display and equipped with sound and light alarm. When working in the mixing station, after only a few buttons are operated, the entire work process is transferred to the computer control. Mixing host uses JS3000 double horizontal shaft forced mixing host, the main electrical components imported products. The configuration of the HZS180 series mixing plant is characterized by excellent stirring performance, accurate and stable metering, high reliability, convenient maintenance, high environmental performance, and a high degree of modularity. It is ideal and preferred equipment for concrete construction and commercial concrete production.
Working Rrinciple:
The aggregate is discharged into the aggregate metering bucket by the unloading door of the bone bin of the batching station for measurement. After the measurement is completed, the aggregate is unloaded onto the far-rotating flat belt, which is sent to the inclined belt machine, which is transported to the waiting hopper at the upper part of the mixer for instruction. Meanwhile, cement and fly ash are transported to their respective metering buckets by the screw conveyor for measurement. Water and admixtures are respectively sent to the respective metering bucket by the pump and admixture pump for measurement, after the measurement of various materials, the control system issued instructions to begin to feed into the mixer for mixing, after the completion of mixing, open the discharge door of the mixer, the concrete is unloaded into the mixing transport through the discharge hopper, and then enter the next working cycle.
