Ensure the machine and the surrounding environment clean, remove the material in the hopper in time to make the sensor normal return to zero. Always check that the lubricating oil is sufficient at the lubrication point. The oil mist in the gas path system should be maintained with enough oil, and there is no overheating of various motor appliances, abnormal noise, whether the instrument indication is normal, and whether the signal system is intact.
Check and adjust the cylinder, butterfly valve and magnetic valve frequently to make the opening and closing meet the requirements. The inspection found that the phenomenon of air leakage, oil leakage and electricity leakage should be dealt with in time, the mixer and the discharge door should be cleaned in time to avoid the consolidation of residual concrete and hinder normal operation.
Check aggregate belt wear frequently and update if necessary. Check whether the reciprocating transmission mechanism such as the weighing bucket is flexible, whether the aggregate lifting mechanism works normally, and whether the fastening part is loose. Check whether the inner blade and liner of the mixer are loose, adjust the gap between the blade and liner regularly, and the gap value is about 6mm, which should be replaced according to the wear situation.
